We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to join our team at Somma, a leading organization in the field of global health research. As a Senior Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our scientists in establishing optimized pipelines for different single-cell techniques, including experimental and bioinformatic analysis pipelines.
About the ProjectAs part of our ongoing efforts to advance our understanding of single-cell omics technologies, we aim to build capacity on single-cell genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics. This will enable us to investigate key biological questions, using microbial and human samples from in vitro cultures, in vivo models, and epidemiological studies.
Key Responsibilities- Support scientists in establishing optimized pipelines for different single-cell techniques
- Develop and implement experimental and bioinformatic analysis pipelines
- Collaborate with researchers to design and execute experiments
- Contribute to the development of innovative single-cell omics technologies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced expertise in single-cell biology
- Strong background in bioinformatics and computational analysis
