As part of the Sales Office in Spain, your focus will be on driving the development of a multi-category business by ensuring precision in demand planning. You will be actively involved in managing stock flows and overseeing categories like Biscuits, Waffles, Sweet Spreads, Ice Cream, and Bars. Our portfolio includes concepts with significant growth opportunities, including new brands from the UK making their debut in the Spanish market. The primary emphasis is on our international flagship brand Lotus Biscoff, known for its presence in Biscuits, Sweet Spreads, and Ice Cream.
The Demand Planner, working closely with the Sales Manager Retail, plays a vital role in enhancing accuracy through collaborative participation in the IBP process. By engaging with Marketing, Category, and Sales teams, you will contribute to achieving excellence in sales planning, thereby enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain. Collaborate with the Key Account Management team to develop precise forecasts for designated accounts, revising them as needed throughout the year.
Your responsibilities include innovating reporting methods to extract essential insights per business and clients. These insights will drive improvements in accuracy, leading to reduced logistics costs.
We are in search of a Supply Chain professional with a proven track record in Demand Planning, possessing the following key attributes:
- Master Degree (Marketing, Commercial, Economics,....)
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Solid knowledge of Excel, SAP, BI, Statistics.
- High stress tolerance, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proven ability to drive results and go the extra mile to accomplish tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to extract insights and apply them effectively.
- Leadership skills to manage the IBP project nationally, fostering teamwork and an integrated approach.
- Competent in extracting crucial commercial insights to achieve optimal DPA.
