Demand Planner and Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner and Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain responds effectively to market demands and supports the execution of initiatives for Iberia.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, incorporating cross-functional insights, and presenting well-founded reasons for your predictions.
- Update forecasting signals in our system based on available information (historical data, sales insights, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of forecasting strategies.
- Manage stock levels, mitigate risks, and act decisively to improve KPIs.
- Act as a center of excellence, collaborating with multifunctional teams to ensure SKU initiative submissions, enhance process visibility, and look for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistical, Business, Supply Chain, or related).
- Experience in Demand Planning and S&OP process, including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures, and tools.
- Experience in a multifunctional and international team environment.
- Ability to handle ERP systems (e.g. SAP, APO) and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
