About the Role

Kapsch Trafficcom Transportation Sa. is seeking a highly skilled Demand and Supply Planner to join our team. As a Demand and Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers while minimizing costs and optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to inform production planning and inventory management decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Production, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities to reduce stockouts and overstocking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand and supply planning.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of S&OP processes and INFOR Planning Module/SAP APO is a plus.
