En Auren Personas trabajamos desde la división de Selección & Executive Search y nos dedicamos a proporcionar servicios especializados de consultoría de Recursos Humanos.
Actualmente estamos colaborando con B&B HOTELS, que busca incorporar a su plantilla a una persona para el puesto de Business Development Specialist.
ObjetivoReportando al Head of Business Development de la compañía, el/la Business Development specialist, identifica, contacta y gestiona oportunidades hoteleras en venta y en alquiler para B&B HOTELS en el territorio nacional.
Responsabilidades Identificar, localizar y contactar con propietarios de hoteles. Realizar visitas de contacto con la propiedad y/o directores de hoteles. Localizar y gestionar oportunidades para ubicar hoteles. Realizar el business plan y las presentaciones de las propuestas hoteleras para ser revisadas en los diferentes comités. Negociar las propuestas de arrendamiento con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos del departamento. Requisitos Licenciatura en ADE, Económicas, o similar. Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés. Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de Business Development, Real Estate Analyst o similar. Coche propio. Disponibilidad para viajar. Manejo de herramientas Excel, PPTs y CRM.#J-18808-Ljbffr-
