Main responsibilities and scope:


As Head of HR, lead the implementation, controlling and deployment of the Human Resources strategies, policies and guidelines for human resources development, talent management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and labor relations.

Profile:

  • Education: Master in Business Administration or HR, ideally combined with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • HR generalist profile with min. 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in multinational environment
  • At least 7 years with managerial responsibilities proven experience in people management processes and systems,
  • Experience in providing professional advice or management where HR contributes as a proactive business partner with solid working knowledge of the strategic approach to Human Resources
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, Results orientation, Communication skills, Teamwork and collaboration. Solid planning, organization and time management skills,
  • Technical skills proficiency should include organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, training, resourcing and personnel management.
  • Requires good professional written and verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders (Senior management, employees, trade unions, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, use sound judgment and make decisions and recommendations,
  • Ability to solve problems effectively: identifies the relevant issues, gathers information and input, applies sound reasoning and develops workable solutions,
  • Strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Languages: Spanish (C2+), English (C2)
