ArcelorMittal Sestao is looking for a Product Quality Engineer to carry out projects on performance improvements of industrial product capabilities, New Product development projects, Quality improvement initiatives.

**Main activities**
- Ensure that ArcelorMittal Sestao interests are covered with quality to implement actions in the mill, to be ArcelorMittal Sestao referential in diferent transversal working groups being mill technical representative
- Carry out product development and quality projects currently with main focus on decarbonization and coordinate with other operational departments (Production, Supply chain, Labs(internal/external),.. ) and transvertal resources like FE CMO, CTO, R&D.. Manage Product offer & Catalogue Development (& Industrialization)
- including process, product projects and met. route, AM catalog analysis and/or changes.
- Give support to other areas considering quality and product point of view, following some orders/trial on production and helping to develop and/or change internal rules
- Support Internal and External quality by analysis of defects evolution to generate and/or update doc associated like SOPs, FMEAs, Control Plans,..

**What we will need**
- **Education**:Master in Metallurgy, Chemical, Material or Industrial.
- **Language**:Level intermediate English and Advanced in Spanish.
- **Experience**:2 years years of industrial experience in Quality and Product departments preferably in Metal or Auto sector.
- **_Soft Skills: _**Ability to work constructively in Team, handle pressure situation, accustomed to change management, Proactivity, Open mindedness, Ability to handle time and basic idea of prioritization.
- Advanced knowledge of excel.
