Master Programmer

ArcelorMittal Sestao is looking for an engineer to make Plant Programming and Scheduling. Working in Supply chain to accept orders, maintain portfolio, make coils fullfill the orders for the customers taking in account Plant Quality and Production restrictions optimizing the fullfillment and the service for Clients.

**Activities**
- Implement new programming tool in colaboration with External R&D resources and internal IT Support.
- Understand and control the tool to adapt programming to the different production scenarios, managing quality, production restrictions and Service requirements from Customers.
- Translate manual programming rules to the automatic implementation fo the New Tool.
- Understand Demand and Planning to help Supply Chain responsible to elaborate weekly programming and sequencing managing the sales and operational process in the local plans.
- Work in the order entry automation to dress orders and reallocate if possible.
- Work and participate in all supply chain activities in order to find synergies and improve the customer service and the logistic of the plant.
- Control the reparation and pickling hire workers to reduce the time to entrer coils in APA.

**Minimum applicants attributes**
- Bachelor - Engineering: Electrical or Mechanical.
- English: Intermediate level.
- Experience of 2 years in Supply Chain prefereable in Scheduling or Programming.
- knowledge of MS Excel macros.
- Habilility to work in working groups and leading Projects due to the close relation with other departments of AM Sestao.
- Open mind.
- Polyvalence.
- V alid work and residence permit for Spain.

- Master Engineering: Electrical or Mechanical.
- English: Advanced level.
- German: Intermediate level.
- Knowledge of programming tools like Visual Basic/C, C++, Fortran or others.
