Misión del puesto:
Proporcionar las mejores soluciones, realizar proyectos y consultoría técnica para aplicaciones clave en los equipos de ventas, y en clientes del segmento industrial de procesos, teniendo en cuenta las consideraciones comerciales a la hora de proponer soluciones.
Responsabilidades:
- Soporte técnico a ventas y clientes en aplicaciones específicas del segmento industrial de procesos.
- Foco en la viabilidad comercial y técnica de propuestas basadas en conocimientos técnicos y de aplicación para el correspondiente segmento industrial / tecnología.
- Definir y concretar especificaciones conjuntamente con el cliente conceptos de máquinas y/o procesos para optimizarlas, de acuerdo con la normativa del segmento industrial.
- Gestión de proyectos "Project Management" desde la preventa, en las aplicaciones específicas del segmento industrial, coordinando entre el cliente y todos los departamentos relevantes dentro de Festo, siempre en coordinación con el/la ingeniero/a de ventas.
- Realización de proyectos concretos del segmento industrial.
- Soporte en la postventa / puesta en marcha, en productos específicos del segmento industrial.
- Proporciona capacitación técnica y organiza la transferencia de conocimientos a los equipos para los productos y/o aplicaciones específicas del segmento industrial.
- Soporte en Cuestión de Normas y reglamentos que afectan al segmento industrial.
- Formación Posgrado en Ingeniería Industrial / Mecánica / Automática de Control.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en aplicaciones de automatización y de los segmentos mencionados.
- Se valora experiência en el sector del hidrógeno.
- Capacidad de interpretación de planos y esquemas eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
- Capacidad de gestión de proyectos.
- Orientación al cliente, apoyo a ventas y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Nível de inglés intermedioavanzado.
