YOUR ROLE


If so, we have the opportunity to work as an IT Field Support Professional at
CEVA Logistics within a global environment based in Madrid.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • You will manage and provide insights on strategic initiatives / projects or customer engagement from a technical or expertise perspective by monitoring, participating, testing, collaborating, facilitating, developing, implementing, evaluating and identifying strategies.
  • You will coordinate activities involving multiple IT expertise, suppliers, etc. You manage the subteam assignments to ensure proper allocation of resources, individual project budgets and high client satisfaction
  • You will provide insight on related functions and functional policies.
  • You will manage IT employees in line with business and IT objectives. You will ensure that the subdepartment goals are being met with the highest possible quality.
  • You will work closely with key business people as well as internal and external suppliers to ensure appropriate and standard solutions are developed and delivered.
  • You will serve as a spokesperson for the subteam that you will manage
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have experience of actively managing internal and external customers and suppliers
  • You have technical skills and knowhow of project management
  • You have analytical and problem solving skills
  • You have leadership competencies, and you have a team mindset with strong communication skills
  • Having experience of operating in large company or recognized IT consultancy is a plus
