You plan andmonitornew customer projects andmake sure that they aresuccessfully onboarded.
Youare responsible formaintainingthe service level agreement and proactivelyadvisethe customer on technical matters.
Youare responsible forlong-termcustomer retention,satisfaction and successwithin your customerportfolio.
Youwork closely with the sales, service, marketing and product teamsto integrate customer feedback intonew solutionsand continuously drive customer engagement.
Youremainflexible todevelop further in your fieldand to take on new challenges. THIS IS YOULet'smake our customers not only happy, but also successful.

To give it all in this role, you should:

Have great communication and interpersonal skillscombined with the ability to handle escalation cases with diplomacy,tactand composure inGerman & French.
Desireto work in a dynamic, international, and innovative environment and to exchange ideas in virtual teams.

Have relevant experience in a customer-facing role: Implementation- /Onboarding Management, Customer Relationship-/Service Management, Project Management or Customer Success (ideally B2B; SaaS/software sector).Possess great project management skills andhave a strong hands-on mentality.
