Programa Ubloom
Programa de prácticas pensado para que los estudiantes puedan aprender de sus primeras experiencias profesionales, donde puedan descubrir nuestra aspiración y qué nos impulsa a reimaginar la medicina.
Descripción departamento y área terapéutica:
El departamento de Brands Maximization & New Ventures aúna tres pilares fundamentales: Innovación – Established Medicines – BD&L (Business Development&Licensing).
- Desde parte de innovación se lideran las estrategias de posicionamiento en el ecosistema de Innovacion/Sanitario así como el desarrollo de todas las iniciativas de innovación de la compañía, centradas en Patient Journey Activation e Inteligencia Artificial.
- Desde la parte de EM y BD se gestiona el portafolio de todas las marcas no prioritarias de la compa;
El trainee colabora en varias actividades:
- Established Medicines: permite tener una visión 360 de la preparación, lanzamiento, seguimiento y evaluación de las campañas de marketing y la gestión de un portfolio variado.
- Innovación: participación en Innovation Board, lo que le permitirá entender la importancia e impacto de acciones innovadoras que solucionan problemas identificados por las TA's y con impacto en stakeholders.
En concreto, el trainee debe:
* Dar apoyo a la implementación de las acciones de marketing digital para marcas establecidas, en coordinación con el Cex Hub y con proveedores/agencias externas.
* Asegurarse que los contenidos son revisados y aprobados en tiempo, con el apoyo del tutor
* Hacer seguimiento de los KPI's establecidos, asegurando que la información llega a tiempo y con la calidad requerida
* Hacer seguimiento del performance de las marcas establecidas, ayudando a preparar un informe de seguimiento mensual de ventas y gastos para las marcas definidas
* Apoyar al Innovation Board en el acompañamiento a los proyectos clave: coordinación y creación de actas de las reuniones, seguimiento de los proyectos

¿Qué tipo de funciones podrías desempeñar?:
- Coordinar agendas del Innovation Board
- Transcripción de actas de las reuniones
- Apoyo logístico y de acompañamiento a las iniciativas de innovación
- Implementación de las campañas de MKT digital para las marcas establecidas
- Participación en la elaboración de contenidos
- Colaboración con Customer Experience Hub para asegurar la calidad de los contenidos
- Trabajo con proveedores
- Seguimiento de ventas del portfolio de Established Medicines
¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Novartis ofrece la flexibilidad de la modalidad de trabajo mixto: combinación entre presencialidad en las oficinas de Barcelona y teletrabajo
- Jornada completa en horario de prácticas flexible: de lunes a viernes, de 8:30-9:00 a 17:30-18:00 horas, según convenio de prácticas
- Prácticas en empresa durante 6 meses con posibilidad de extensión a un total de 12 meses
- Prácticas remuneradas: 969,39 euros brutos mensuales
- Estancia en empresa incluyendo programa de formación inicial, tutorización y mentorización contínua por parte de profesionales especializados y seguimiento constante por el equipo de RRHH
Requisitos:
Requisitos de acceso al programa:
- Graduado/a en Grado de Ciencias de la Salud (Farmacia, Biotecnología, Biomedicina, Biología, Bioquímica, Medicina, Inmunología...) o Ciencias Empresariales (ADE, Economía, Marketing...)
- Estudiante de Máster o Doctorado relacionado con el sector o con las prácticas a desarrollar (Industria farmacéutica, Marketing farmacéutico, MBA...)
- Disponibilidad para firmar convenio en prácticas de mínimo 6 meses. Muy valorable posibilidad de prorrogar hasta los 12 meses
- Nivel de español e inglés alto demostrable, escrito y hablado
- Dominio avanzado del paquete ofimático y herramientas digitales
- Disponibilidad de incorporación a jornada completa
- Disponibilidad de incorporación a partir de Enero 2024, con posibilidad de atender presencialmente a las oficinas de Novartis Barcelona
