We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Director of Channel Excellence to develop, implement, and measure best practices for our distribution channels worldwide, aiming to increase sales and profits.

This role is critical in ensuring efficient, reliable, and profitable distribution processes that support our commercial objectives.

Based in Barcelona, Spain, this position will have global responsibilities and will work closely with the commercial excellence leader and interact with business line leaders, the analytical team, finance, operations, sales, and marketing.


Essential Job Functions:

Develop and implement a comprehensive global channel strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectivesLead initiatives to enhance distributor performance, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high service levels worldwideCollaborate with senior leadership, especially Business Line VPs, to integrate distribution channel strategies with overall business goalsEstablish the channel excellence function globally, designing processes, systems, and structures to support operations across regionsCreate and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for channel management activitiesPartner with regional and Business Line (BL) channel marketing teams to execute strategies supporting channel growth KPIs worldwide, including MDF usage and ROI, partner engagement and retention metrics, and rebate program designOwn the delivery of the Partner Program to channel partners globallyDevelop and represent a point of view on channel priorities, program competitiveness, and opportunities to support commercial objectives through program improvements globallyConduct competitive program analysis in partnership with regional commercial teams and suggest and implement global program improvementsDrive adoption and usage of digital program tools such as the partner portal globally, positioning and reinforcing it as a value-added program benefitQualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in a global settingExperience with analytical software:

Excel, Salesforce, and PowerBIExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-motivation and self-managementThe ability to build consensus across various functional groupsExcellent project management skillsStrong interest in driving commercial growth in complex business environments and large matrixed organizationsArxada is an equal opportunity employer.
