Job Position: Delivery Excellence Manager

Location: Global, preferably Europe

Employment Type: Hybrid

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Delivery Excellence Manager. In this role, you will be part of the Procurement Excellence team, focusing on integrating, monitoring performance, and improving services within our shared services organization. Your main tasks include supporting integration projects, contributing to process design, implementing governance models, managing demand pipelines, and upholding delivery excellence standards.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery Excellence, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration of procurement services within the shared service organization (SSO).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a workstream under supervision, ensuring integration of service scope according to project plan and Delivery Excellence standards.
  • Contribute to process design/improvement and validate solutions.
  • Support procurement SSO demand pipeline management and prioritize based on business needs.
  • Define process performance metrics, monitor operational performance, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Maintain dialogue with stakeholders, business functions, and SSO processes.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Expertise with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with S2P processes and shared service organizations.
  • Continuous Improvement experience and proficiency in data analysis tools.
