Otto is dé place to be in de modewereld en is op zoek naar een dynamische Support Specialist om onze Spaanse crew te versterken Als Support Specialist ben je dé connectie tussen onze fantastische klanten en ons team, waarbij je niet alleen uitmuntende ondersteuning biedt, maar ook een onvergetelijke klantenreis waarborgt

Als Support Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van ondersteuning aan onze klanten via verschillende communicatiekanalen, zoals; telefonie, e-mail en chat. Je staat klanten te woord, beantwoordt met plezier hun vragen en biedt hulp bij problemen. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat elk contact met de klant een onvergetelijk moment wordt. Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en een passie voor het oplossen van problemen, waardoor je in staat bent om snel en effectief op de behoeften van de klanten in te spelen.

Om je klaar te stomen voor deze functie ontvang jij een betaalde training van twee weken op ons nieuwe kantoor in Málaga. Hier ontmoet jij jouw collega's maak je kennis met Yource en stomen we je klaar voor je nieuwe functie Daarnaast ontvang je natuurlijk ook nog een startsalaris van € 1500,- bruto per maand bij 39 uur per week én een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 c.t. per km.

Wanneer jij start als Support Specialist krijg jij van ons:

  • Een startsalaris van € 1500,00- bruto per maand bij 39 uur per week;
  • Verhoging van je salaris bij één jaar in dienst;
  • Betaalde fulltime training van twee weken op ons kantoor in Málaga;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 per kilometer; 
  • Kortingen op uitjes, activiteiten, reizen en hotels, via het Yource Benefits platform;
  • Uitgebreide coaching;
  • Ruime voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling door meer dan 400 cursussen;
  • Yource device om na de training vanuit huis aan de slag te gaan

Om te kunnen starten als Support Specialist ben jij:

  • Een held in communicatie en doe je graag net dat beetje extra voor de klant;
  • In het bezit van MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau;
  • Zelfstandig genoeg om vanuit huis aan de slag te gaan en heb je een stabiele internetverbinding.
