Sales Support Specialist/Office Manager

Sales Support Responsibilities:
Establishing trade relationships with B2B clients in assigned marketsIndependently conducting trade negotiationsSupervising the process of exporting goods to clientsMaintaining good relations with suppliers and clientsResearching sources of new potential clients in assigned markets and determining their potentialCoordinating matters related to the purchase/sale process of goodsCollaboration with the logistics, finance, and administration departmentsOffice Manager Responsibilities:
· Administrative support for the sales department
· Handling ongoing correspondence with clients and suppliers
· Support in transport planning and order fulfilment
· Prepare the documentation with applicable standards
· Taking care of the office's image and ensuring efficient administrative functioning
· Supervising the office supplies and purchasing office equipment
· Taking care of the proper circulation of correspondence , parcels and company documentation
· Organizing business trips abroad for management board members and employees
· Organizing business meetings in the office
· Assisting support for Management Board Members
Requirements
Excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing - we use this language for daily communication with clients and colleaguesAnalytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environmentFocus on continuous development and achievement of sales targets set before youNice To Have
Sales experienceKnowledge of other foreign languages will be an additional asset, as it will facilitate building relationships with clients in the respective marketWe Offer
