¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Reporting to the Control Manager, your main functions and responsibilities will be:

The Sales Controller is responsible for the proper Reporting and controlling and accounting of the Sales Department of the FU. Will act as a Business Partner of the commercial area, providing financial analysis to facilitate the optimal use of commercial resources, ensuring that commercial operations adhere to financial, legal and corporate requirements and accounting practices. Executes Planning & Control, in order to deliver timely, adequate and reliable management-information in line with corporate guidelines and to support strategic business development. Sales Controller needs to work closely with Sales manager and teams, as well as with central Finance functions based in Amersfoort (the Netherlands) and the Financial Shared Service Center based in Budapest (Hungary).

Be the Ambassador to the Finance Community from the Sales Team to ensure transparency, alignment and proactive collaboration. (co-pilot role).

Participate in sales strategy and plan development process and ensure the execution is in line with.

Coordinate the forecast of Volumes and Net Sales, Customer Contribution to ensure alignment with monthly business planning (Budget, RF, OL)

Optimize trade spend: Identify the most efficient & effective way to perform pre & post evaluation (financial & commercial) and ensure that the analysis is completed. Ensure procedures are in place to determine if the Business is getting performance in line with customer agreements.

Participate in the elaboration of Business Cases.

Partner with Sales & Finance organization to facilitate discussion on order to cash payment cycle and to provide financial guidance in customer negotiations.

Responsible for periodic internal reporting.

Responsible for maintaining strong internal control environment within commercial operations compliant with Internal Control Framework and risk management guidelines.

Delivery of recurring and ad-hoc commercial reporting, for instance, volume and net sales Development versus budget/forecast/plan.

Analyses short and long term to support financial based decisions.

Initiate and participate in Investment- and cost reduction-programs.

Work in close alignment with the Manager Customer Supply Chain (head of Customer Service, planning and logistic) to optimize internal processes and cost efficiency.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

We are looking for a professional with a BA in Administration/Economics or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in Business controlling. Experience in FMCG retail commercial environments is necessary. We are looking for someone who understanding and applying the principles of internal control policies and accounting procedures/Spanish legal and tax requirements local and international (IFRS) corporate reporting standards. Good language skills and analytical ability are indispensable. You need to be fluent in English. Experience with SAP are a plus.
