HR Coordinator

En ACJV by Marriott estamos buscando un HR Coordinator que quiera formar parte de un departamento de RRHH en la central de Pozuelo de Alarcón

¿Que esperamos de ti?

Gestionar la selección de personal de los hoteles asignadosActualizar y crear las descripciones de los perfiles Establecer una política de prácticas y asistir a ferias de empleo y prácticas Colaborar en la ejecución de planes de formación (Impartir formaciones a través de webinars o onsite, Onboarding…)Colaboración y ejecución en las diferentes áreas de RRHH para la creación y actualización de procedimientosColaborar en la elaboración de planes de desarrollo

Conocimientos

Estudios en Turismo, Hotelería, ADE, Psicología, Sociología etcNivel profesional inglés (> B1)

Requisitos

Estudios en Turismo, Hotelería, ADE, Psicología, Sociología etcNivel profesional inglés (> B1)2-3 año de experiencia
