The Jr HR Business Partner for Spain, part of the Colgate Southern Europe HR team and reporting to the HR Business Partner of Colgate and Hill’s Spain, will be responsible for providing HR support and partnership to the commercial teams based in Spain, will collaborate with the Business Leaders on strategic and local business and human resources priorities including talent management, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness (performance, organization design & capabilities and change management), embracing and promoting our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy and championing our organizational culture.

 

What you will do:

  • HR Partnership: Partner/collaborate to lead the business unit under his/her responsibility to implement strategies that impact employees. 
  • Advise and coach Business Leaders on interpretation of HR policies, consulting with CoHREs as needed.
  • HR Partnership: Collaborate with Business Leaders on key business decisions through anticipation and understanding of: Issues and trends and Future labor, organization and business needs. Partner with the CoHREs & CBS to advise on the design and execution of HR programs to ensure relevance to current and future business needs.
  • Talent Management: Co-own all talent management programs together with business leaders. Support leadership development by working together with Business Leaders to identify current and projected leadership and functional capability gaps and to work on solutions that are aligned with HR Strategy and CoHREs. 
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and the hiring managers to support the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of staff.
  • Ensure that our Diversity Equity and Inclusion Strategy is being implemented in all the HR Processes.
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Prior HR Experience:

We value both generalist and specialist experience in the field of Human Resources. Whether you have a broad understanding of HR practices or possess expertise in a specific HR domain, your experience is essential to our team's success.

 

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or an equivalent field is preferred. However, we understand that qualifications come in various forms, and we are open to considering candidates with equivalent professional experience and expertise.

 

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in Spanish and English is a requirement, as it allows us to communicate effectively within our diverse team and with our global partners.

 

Work Authorization:
