Descripción
Planning:
- Lead daily/weekly meetings with external partners to work on the master production plan for the firm period based on the supply plan developed by the Supply Chain Manager.
Order & Transportation Management:Manage timely order fulfillment, including the organization and management of physical shipments in collaboration with freight forwarders.Lead monthly performance reviews with freight forwarders with support from the global distribution team.
S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning):Contribute to the external S&OP process for strategic suppliers alongside the Supply Chain Manager.
Artwork Management:Oversee the end-to-end artwork process.Build and maintain positive relationships with external manufacturing partners.Conduct analysis and make recommendations to improve tools and work processes.
Master Data Management:Ensure master data integrity in key systems and maintain processes to support data quality.Identify areas for data quality improvements and resolve data quality issues.Collaborate with subject matter experts and data stewards to define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure data accuracy, completeness, security, and reliability.Work closely with the business and IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and operational requirements.
Supply Chain Processes Improvement:Support the Product Lifecycle Manager on activities related to NPI (New Product Introduction), product changes, and geo-expansion.Drive strategic continuous process improvement initiatives in order management, internal and external supplier/customer communication, shipments, master data, and artworks.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or Master's degree (MS) in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.APICS, Process Excellence, PMP, Lean, and Six Sigma certifications are preferred.Proven experience in supply chain functions such as planning, logistics, master data, and artwork management (experience in sterile pharmaceutical industry preferred; experience in cosmetics and/or FMCG optional).Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and demonstrate initiative and strong analytical skills.Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners and the ability to translate complex issues into simple terms.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
