Tareas
Proponer estrategias para captar y convertir leads, liderando proyectos específicos del departamento de marketing
Diseñar planes para reducir la cancelación de usuarios y recuperarlos, comprendiendo sus perfiles y necesidades
Investigar el mercado y perfiles de clientes para optimizar estrategias de adquisición y retención
Planificar y ejecutar acciones de contenido para diferentes canales, generando ideas y coordinando tareas
Ejecutar tareas en HubSpot y optimizar herramientas de automatización para mejorar la gestión de leads
Analizar resultados, proponer mejoras y coordinar con agencias externas cuando sea necesario
Requisitos
Nivel nativo de español
Nivel fluido de inglés
Especialista en Inbound marketing con experiencia solida de al menos 3 a 4 años en Inbound
Conocimientos de marketing digital, Data Análisis y Lead Nurturing son imprescindibles
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia utilizando Hubspot y trabajando en equipos de Marketing y/o agencias
Grado en Periodismo, Marketing, ADE o Economía. Postgrado o Master en marketing digital o similar es un plus
Excelencia en el desempeño, buscando constantemente mejorar la calidad del trabajo
Flexibilidad para adaptarse a cambios organizacionales y prioridades emergentes
Amplios conocimientos técnicos en herramientas y técnicas relevantes para el puesto
Capaz de liderar proyectos diversos de marketing y aportar ideas estratégicas
Tener un perfil analítico y planificador, con alta capacidad para establecer prioridades, diseñar planes de acción, trabajar con objetivos y métricas clave y tener los datos como principal apoyo a la hora de analizar resultados y tomar decisiones
