Reconocida y creativa empresa dedicada al diseño y distribución de productos de iluminación sostenible con proyección en el mercado nacional e internacional busca la incorporación de un/a profesional con interés en desarrollarse en el ámbito del marketing digital, específicamente en InboundMarketing y Marketing and Sales Automation.. No es necesario contar con una amplia , pero sí con una base en marketing y la disposición para aprender y crecer junto a nuestro equipo.

Funciones:

- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de Inbound Marketing.
- Gestión y segmentación de base de datos en HubSpot
- Mantenimiento general del CRM en HubSpot.
- Ser el puente entre Marketing y Ventas, trabajar a diario con el equipo comercial para crear estrategias, mejoras o campañas ad hoc para cada mercado.
- Email marketing en HubSpot.
- Automatización de procesos de Marketing y Ventas.
- Creación y optimización de campañas performance en Meta, Google y Microsoft.
- Reporting
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing en diferentes proyectos como organización de eventos, contenido para la web y otros.

- Formación intensiva en Inbound Marketing y Marketing and Sales Automation en una empresa líder del sector (B2B)

- Jornada completa: De lunes a jueves de 8:00-14:00h/15:00-17:30h y Viernes de 8:00-14:00h
- Modelo de trabajo híbrido entre las oficinas de Castellbisbal y desde casa.
- Salario a acordar en función de la aportadaImprescindibles: Formación base: Formación en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación o áreas afines.

- Ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en el área de Inbound Marketing y Automation.

. Experiencia: No es necesario contar con una amplia experiencia, pero sí con una base en marketing y la disposición para aprender y crecer junto a nuestro equipo. Idiomas: Castellano
Catalán
Conocimientos de Inglés. Informática: CRM HubSpot. Deseados: Conocimientos básicos en marketing digital.
