El equipo al que te unes:

Como Gestor/a comercial de Poliolefinas trabajarás desde las oficinas centrales de Repsol en Madrid y colaborarás estrechamente con otros departamentos. Tu puesto tiene mucha flexibilidad y podrás disfrutar de teletrabajo y medidas de conciliación laboral.

Tendrás éxito si:

Buscamos a una persona autónoma, resolutiva, con gran capacidad comercial y de negociación, muy orientada al cliente y a la que le guste trabajar en equipo.

Tendrás que:

Negociar y gestionar todos los aspectos de la propuesta de valor para aumentar las ventas. Pronosticar y analizar tendencias para planificar estrategias efectivas.

Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con grandes clientes, colaborar con otros departamentos y gestionar riesgos y cobros.

Identificar oportunidades de negocio mediante análisis competitivos y de mercado.

Colaborar en proyectos de desarrollo de producto, impulsar la venta de innovaciones y ofrecer un servicio de asistencia técnica de calidad.

Saber usar herramientas como SAP, IBP, TEAMS, Power BI, Microsoft Office y SalesForce.com para análisis y gestión de relaciones con clientes.

Sobre ti:

Tienes titulación universitaria, preferentemente en Ciencias Químicas, Ingeniería Química o similares.

Tienes experiencia comercial previa en sector químico, industrial o adquisiciones en la industria de poliolefinas.

Tienes disponibilidad para viajar.

Tienes un nivel de inglés y español C1, de francés C1/Bilingüe y hablas otros idiomas.

Valoraremos positivamente que tengas conocimientos o experiencia en polímeros o petroquímicos y en el uso de herramientas de Ciencia de Datos.

La principal zona geográfica donde trabajarás es Francia y Benelux.
