Ben je op zoek naar een nieuwe functie, waarbij je in staat bent om klanten te ondersteunen?
Je belangrijkste taken zijn onder andere: 

  • Uitzonderlijk overleg met klanten over opkomende vragen.
  • Een hoge klanttevredenheid bereiken met een focus op kwaliteit en resultaten.

Als je werkzaam bent in Sales, zullen jouw dagelijkse taken omvatten:

  • Het ontwikkelen van de zakelijke omgeving voor duurzame groei
  • Creëren en onderhouden van de relaties om op lange termijn door te dringen tot technieken, strategieën en de algemene beweging van de concurrent
  • Onderzoeken van nieuwe verkoopmogelijkheden bij de bestaande portefeuille van accounts
  • Zich richten op het behalen van voordelen door proactief beheer
  • Bijhouden, beheren en rapporteren van lopende activiteiten met betrekking tot de verkooppijplijn
  • Reageren en oplossingen bieden voor de inkomende klant of partner oproepen

Als je werkzaam bent bij Customer Support, zijn jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden onder meer:

  • Zorgen voor klanttevredenheid en het bieden van de beste interactie binnen de afdeling klantenservice
  • Actief luisteren naar de klant door een positieve instelling en constante professionaliteit
  • De best mogelijke antwoorden en oplossingen geven op vragen en zorgen van klanten op de manier waar jij het meeste vertrouwen in hebt: via de telefoon, e-mail of sociale media
  • Het leveren van rustige en vindingrijke probleemoplossing voor vragen van klanten over hun klantervaring of problemen met betrekking tot systeemconfiguraties en netwerkinstellingen
  • In contact staan met andere afdelingen en problemen doorsturen naar de verantwoordelijke afdelingen
  • Zorgen voor en deelnemen aan het succes van jouw afdeling
  • Zorgen voor consistentie in de merkboodschap door te focussen op de beschikbaarheid en kwaliteit van producten en diensten
  • Account- en toepassingsondersteuning bieden aan kijkers, namelijk met betrekking tot softwarefunctionaliteit

Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om in deze functie te slagen: 
Ben je klantgericht, ben je een natuurlijke communicator en heb je de wil om klanten te ondersteunen in elke komende onzekerheid? Ben je proactief en werk je graag in teamverband? Dan hebben wij zeker de juiste functie voor je als je de volgende eigenschappen meebrengt: 

  • Je spreekt Nederlands op moedertaal niveau en spreekt vloeiend Engels (afhankelijk van de klant is B2 voldoende).
  • Je hebt een geldig schooldiploma of bent al in het bezit van je bachelordiploma
  • Je hebt al ervaring in Customer Service of Sales of bent geïnteresseerd in een van deze gebieden
  • Je bent klant- en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je hebt een strategische mindset
  • Je gaat voor perfectionisme en uitmuntendheid
  • Je bent een natuurlijke communicator en een aandachtige luisteraar
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en toegewijd en bent super geïnteresseerd in een nieuwe uitdaging
  • Je werkt graag in een team en kijkt ernaar uit om deel uit te maken van een multinationaal team
