Job Description

Service Desk Team is responsible of completing internal customer requests, match movements of customers in DQS system, take the necessary actions to correct errors related to customer transactions and take preventive actions to ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized.

Major Accountabilities:

Manual code search.

Verify the matching is accurate.

Provide support to the colleagues in other teams.

Ensure the process is completed on time.

Ensure the integrity of the data input.

Be a part of the team responsible for the database management.

Maintenance, managing the administration tasks.

Make sure that all processed are aligned with processes and polices of the company.

Skills and Knowledge:

Microsoft Office.

Communication skills.

Team work-Results oriented.

Proactive approach.

Languages:

Spanish and English.
