**Who we are...**
AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett London, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.
The **AWWG International Internship & Graduate program** is an opportunity to start learning and growing with us as you will work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects our industry has to offer. This is a one-year program, with the possibility of joining the company after that period and enjoying our complete 3-year development plan.
**The project**
As a member of the Business Technology team, the BT Service Desk will serve as the first point of contact for end-users who require technical support and assistance.
**What will this role entail?**:
- Technical Support and assistance (hardware, software).
- Triage incoming tickets and requests, gather information, and attempt to resolve issues using available tools and resources.
- Escalate more complex issues to appropriate team members or vendors
Maintain detailed documentation of all support requests and resolutions.
**Who are we looking for?**
Students or recent graduates that are passionate, dynamic, open-minded, ambitious, and positive, who want to embrace AWWG culture.
Previous professional experience is not required. Passion and energy to give your best is a must
**Position requirements**:
- This program is for you if you have a technical background.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required; any other languages are a big plus.
- Good use of other MS Office tools such as primarily Excel and Power Point but also Word.
