The Opportunity

Learn how to work in a Marketing Team and get a full picture of the different activities: meetings and events and follow-up of the different Marketing Initiatives, with an approach to the sales team.

You will learn to:

  • Knowledge of Meetings & Events Management, optimizing Abbott Presence and Positioning

  • Learn how to review billing process, register events & invoices in Abbott systems

  • Learn the importance of a good tracking of budget and debt

  • Know the importance of Abbott Branding for consistency

  • Understanding of local requirements and good practices codes, and the importance of following them in all the events

  • Compliance with corporate / local policies and procedures

  • Acquire the communication skill to be able to speak with internal and external vendors/stakeholders

  • Importance of the follow-up, analysis and reporting of the Marketing initiatives

Minimum requirements

  • University Degree in Tourism  or any other tourism Course / Master

  • Fluent in English - C1

  • Control of excel - Advance

  • Mandatory to make an agreement with a university or school.
