Objetivo del PuestoApoya y asegura las interacciones altamente profesionales del equipo de Customer Service con los clientes asociados a sus necesidades de procesamiento de pedidos, registro de quejas, de dirección general y requerimientos de información.
Principales Responsabilidades- Administrar orden recibo eficiente, priortiseing procesamiento de pedidos a tiempo y buenas iteraciones de clientes y relaciones.
- Apoya el proceso de pedido hasta el cobro con la excelencia en la gestión de pedidos.
- Registra y procesa pedidos de los clientes en el sistema ERP recibido vía, correo electrónico, teléfono o a través de otro tipo de contacto con el cliente.
- Garantiza el procesamiento de pedidos se maneja correctamente y en su totalidad, y se transfiere a los transportistas (logística). Plantea cuestiones en proceso de entrega y / o facturas con el supervisor.
- Es el el contacto de primer nivel con el cliente para obtener respuestas a las preguntas y en el intento de resolver las quejas.
- Obtiene el adecuado conocimiento sobre el cliente y el producto para encontrar soluciones para las necesidades del cliente (por ejemplo, adicionales y / o productos alternativos).
- Hace propuestas de mejora en los procesos de trabajo.
- Completa el registro / presentación / archivo de la documentación relacionada con el servicio al cliente.
- Asegura la cooperación entre el servicio al cliente y personal de campo con respecto a la administración de pedidos de los clientes; cooperando con las funciones de Logística para mantener la coherencia en el enfoque hacia el servicio al cliente en la organización.
Experiencia de al menos 3 años, en Customer Service en entorno Industrial.
Valorable experiencias en entornos internacionales/multiculturales.
Requisitos- Nivel Alto de Inglés
- Valorable conocimientos de Alemán u otras lenguas Europeas.
