Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be:

- Stay tuned on all products/services offered, and be a crucial part of customer retention
- Identify, escalate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with the help of digital tools and your ability to service the customer.
- Work together with experts to solve complex customer requests.
- Participate in regular training to build expert knowledge on products/services to provide the best customer service possible
- Support developing the internal service hub by introducing your own initiatives

**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- Already be based in Barcelona and holds a valid residency card.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to understand complex automotive products/services.
- Native in French + Proficient in English (further language skills advantageous).
- Motivated and empathetic personality, but also assertive and self-confident.
- Well-structured and self-dependent working style.
- Applicable experience in customer service and knowledge in the automotive industry is a PLUS
