We are looking for a professional fluent in Dutch for a B2B Customer Service position at a leading company in the retail sector. The main function will be merchandise control (once the merchandise leaves the factory, which stores it is distributed to, which products, within what time frames, stock remaining, product returns to the factory, contact with distributors, etc.)

Requirements
What are we looking for?

Essential previous experience in the B2B retail sector handling accounts as Customer Service (Senior Customer Service profile).
Advanced level of Dutch.
Good level of English.
Analytical skills.
Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Excel, as it will be the primary working tool (priority given to Customer Service experience).
Residence in Madrid.

Benefits
What do we offer you?

Annual gross salary of €30,000.
Temporary contract for 4 months followed by a permanent contract; very stable position.
39-hour contract from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
Training included in the contract.
Work mode: Hybrid. Initially, you will work from Monday to Thursday on-site at the client's offices (Ifema Zone, Madrid) and remotely on Fridays. After the learning curve is completed, the model will switch to 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Expected start date: July 8th.
