About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch Customer Service Agent to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our telecommunications customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their queries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services to provide informed support to customers
Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch language skills (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
