Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in Dutch and English.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products, order management, technical troubleshooting, and other customer service requests.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native Dutch language skills with B2/C1 English proficiency.
  • Current residence in Madrid and availability for on-site work during the initial six weeks.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver remote support effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
