Job overview:

As a Brand Category Business Developer at Miravia Marketplace, your primary focus will be on identifying and onboarding new and exciting brands within specific categories. You will be at the forefront of expanding our brand portfolio, driving growth, and ensuring our platform offers a unique and compelling selection for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

· Brand Prospecting:

Proactively identify and engage with potential brands to join Miravia Marketplace.

Conduct market research to discover emerging brands and innovative products.

· Relationship Cultivation:

Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective brands, showcasing the benefits of partnering with Miravia Marketplace.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new brands.

· Category Expansion:

Focus on expanding the brand portfolio within assigned categories, ensuring a well-rounded and captivating selection.

Collaborate with brands to curate unique assortments that align with customer preferences.

· Market Insights:

Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand partnerships.

Provide regular insights on the competitive landscape and potential areas for growth.

· Collaborative Approach:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to execute brand onboarding strategies.

Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize the presentation and visibility of new brands.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in brand hunting, business development, or a related role in the e-commerce industry.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
