El Rol:
Estamos buscando un perfil de Operaciones cuya misión será garantizar la correcta ejecución de las operaciones del día a día, mediante la creación, optimización y supervisión de procesos y flujos de trabajo, así cómo la resolución de cuellos de botella que se generen, focalizándonse en las áreas de Marketing y Ventas
¿Cuál serán tus responsabilidades?
Apoyar al equipo en la configuración y personalización de herramientas de trabajo (CRM, Gestor de proyectos, etc.).Asegurar que todos los datos estén correctamente etiquetados y que se cumplan todas las lógicas establecidas en el CRMCrear workflows simples para optimizar procesos.Organizar el sistema de archivos, manteniendo plantillas en carpetas y asegurando una nomenclatura coherente.Resolver problemas técnicos diarios y gestión de incidencias en las principales herramientas de trabajoDar soporte en la extracción de métricas tanto de marketing como de ventas.Colaborar con el equipo de Data para asegurar la disponibilidad de paneles de métricas que permitan el control y seguimiento de los principales KPIsCrear workflows simples y organizar el sistema con plantillas y nomenclatura uniforme.Resolver problemas técnicos diarios y fallos del sistema.Proporcionar soporte para la extracción de métricas de marketing y ventas.Administrar cuentas de Gmail, Slack y herramientas específicas de cada puesto de trabajo.Lo que te hará triunfar:
Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en un puesto similar.Conocimiento básico de herramientas de datos, CRM y software de gestión de proyectos, como Hubspot, Salesforce, PowerBI, ClickUp, Asana, Holded, entre otros.Habilidad para manejar y organizar sistemas de archivos y plantillas.Capacidad para resolver problemas técnicos diarios de manera eficiente.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Titulación Universitaria o en curso en Informática, Ingeniería, Sistemas de Información o similares (preferible, pero no excluyente).Si te apasiona el mundo de las operaciones y quieres formar parte de una empresa innovadora y en crecimiento, te estamos esperando en ORBIDI
