Funciones del puesto:
• Fidelización y seguimiento de clientes
• Comunicación directa con los usuarios
• Atender y gestionar llamadas entrantes de clientes, brindando un buen trato y asegurándose de proporcionar soluciones eficientes;
• Mantener actualizada la BBDD del porfolio de activos inmobiliarios;
• Utilizar herramientas como Excel o el CRM para gestionar las interacciones con los clientes y dar seguimiento a sus solicitudes;
- Asistir a clientes extranjeros en inglés, asegurando una comunicación clara y efectiva;
• Constante apoyo al departamento de marketing y comunicación de la empresa para asegurar una experiencia al cliente excepcional a lo largo de los procesos. ( En tareas como: Envío de comunicados, Manejo de CRM interno, Manejo de plataforma propia, Tareas de community manager)
Formación académica y complementaria:
• Formación mínima grado
• Valorable Formación en marketing y comunicación y atención al cliente
• Conocimientos de paquete Microsoft Office
• Conocimientos de plataformas de CRM y newsletter
Requisitos:
• Alta orientación al cliente y resultados
• Experiencia de trato con clientes. Capacidad de organización, habilidades de comunicación y buen nivel de interlocución
• Buena presencia y don de gentes
• Proactividad
• Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, call center, o en un back-office comercial, preferiblemente en el sector inmobiliario (no es un requisito imprescindible).
• Conocimientos de Excel a nivel usuario y experiencia en la gestión de bases de datos.
• Familiaridad con sistemas CRM y capacidad para aprender rápidamente nuevas herramientas digitales.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con clientes de manera profesional y empática.
- Habilidades comerciales para identificar oportunidades y referir clientes potenciales.

• Inglés B2
