Order to Cash Supervisor with French C1|Multinational FMCG company based in Barcelona city center Our client is a leading player in the FMCG industry with a significant presence in the European market. Located in Barcelona city center. General: Responsible of OTC process, leading a team medium to large teams of 7 or more people under management. Responsible of coordination with third party providers, other finance team members, operations, customer service and sales. Point of contact and escalation of region's Ot C technical and accounting issues. Ensures Ot C services provide a quality customer experience inclusive of timely and accurate invoicing, cash application, issue resolution. Implement and ensure compliance with the procedures, controls and principles set by Headquarters. Order to Cash: Responsible of the region entire Ot C process including customer master maintenance, credit administration, billing cycle, collection activities, cash application processes and AR related management reporting. Responsible of Ot C process strategies to reduce DSO and past due invoices while improving customer satisfaction. Ensures dispute escalations are properly handled in a customer friendly manner Provide reporting and analysis to generate insights within their given domain. Oversee reports accuracy and ensure compliance to internal and statutory policies. Minimum 6 years of experience in Order to Cash, and Collections. Experience of at least 3 years leading teams. Working knowledge of core transactional Ot C processes. Experience in international environments. English as business language & French C1. Strong commercial, customer oriented profile. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and develop relations at all levels. Flexibility and ownership. Good negotiation skills. A competitive salary range.
