Estamos buscando a un BDR para maximizar nuestro éxito para el Equipo de Soluciones de RRHH para crear clientes potenciales a través del teléfono, correo electrónico, y redes sociales (Linkedin)

VIP District busca a una persona enérgica, motivada y con iniciativa que quiera unirse al equipo.

Convertirse en un BDR es el primer paso hacia una emocionante carrera en ventas.

Como representante de ventas de nivel inicial, tendrás la oportunidad de aprender sobre el sector y sentar las bases para avanzar en tu carrera.

Funciones:

Conseguir agendar reuniones de calidad con ejecutivos de RRHH.Prospección del mercado a través de un listado de empresas proporcionado por el responsable del área.Búsqueda de contactos útiles a través de herramientas de CRMReportar en CRM la tarea diaria e intentar encontrar del prospecto alguna información que pueda ser importante para la empresa (proveedores que tienen, proyectos en el futuro,...)

¿Qué buscamos en ti? (Requisitos)

1 año de experiencia mínimo en puestos similares Persona creativa y excelentes dotes de comunicación ya que serás embajador/a de nuestras soluciones de engagement para empleados. Elevada motivación para superar las barreras habituales para acceder a interlocutores de peso en las compañías. Dominio de las herramientas de eficiencia (correo electrónico, buzón de voz, MS Office)Capacidad para gestionar eficazmente el tiempo, priorizar tareas y trabajar dentro de los plazos establecidosExpresión oral excelente y dotes de comunicación.Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo de ventas de alta energía con el más alto nivel de integridad
