Responsibilities

Checking in- and out of the guests; Answering questions of the guests; Complaint handling; And other additional administrative tasks.

Who are you?

You are the person of which the guest automatically gets a smile on their face from. You have a huge hospitality heart and are a hard worker. They can’t get you down

In addition to the above, we also have a few other qualities that we are looking for:

You speak English fluently. Dutch is an advantage; You live in or close to Amsterdam or Amstelveen; You are hospitable and representative; You have experience within the front office of a hotel or you have the ambition to learn this

What do we offer?
