¿Cuáles serán las principales responsabilidades?


Queremos ser una de las mayores empresas de Marketing Digital en España, por tanto, ofrecemos la oportunidad de crecer rápidamente y llegar a convertirse en el responsable y líder de un equipo especializado en la implementación de soluciones digitales, liderando y gestionando el trabajo, así como la gestión de los clientes.


Las principales responsabilidades son:


Participación Estratégica: Serás el faro que guía los kickoffs con los clientes, explorando sus necesidades y diseñando e implementando soluciones digitales que impacten.


Estrategias de Crecimiento: Tendrás la oportunidad de hacer upselling y cross-selling, garantizando la satisfacción continua de nuestros clientes.


Gestión y coordinación de las implementaciones digitales: Gestionarás, coordinarás y supervisarás las implementaciones de las soluciones digitales otorgadas a nuestros clientes.


Fidelización y satisfacción del cliente: Mantendrás excelentes relaciones con los clientes, siendo el punto de contacto principal y dirigiendo su satisfacción a largo plazo.



¿Qué perfil buscamos?


Buscamos perfiles con experiencia y amplios conocimientos en Marketing Digital.


Perfil con mucha orientación al cliente. Un perfil altamente orientado al servicio al cliente, capaz de entender y anticipar sus necesidades, ofreciendo asesoramiento más allá de lo que necesitan.


Con grandes habilidades comunicativas y ser capaz de gestionar relaciones efectivas, positivas y sólidas con los clientes.


Con dotes de gestión de equipos para poder coordinar y gestionar con eficiencia y con éxito los proyectos.


Con experiencia en gestión de clientes para poder asumir y gestionar un alto volúmen de clientes, asegurando la máxima satisfacción y fidelización.


Con visión a largo plazo para crecer profesionalmente, asumiendo nuevas responsabilidades y roles dentro de la empresa.
