About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at STERIS Canada Corporation. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and building relationships with our Customers in the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your assigned territory
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Plan sales activities such as education trainings, inventory evaluations and maintenance inspections
  • Resolve all Customer service issues in an effective, timely manner
  • Document Customer activities, purchase orders, etc. within STERIS IMS CRM
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with Customers and senior managers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-7 years of sales experience, including a proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Medical device/Service sales/B2B desirable preferred
  • Industry certifications preferred (IAHCSMM, AORN, CCSVP, SGNA)
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Solid system skills (Microsoft Office, Sales/Customer tracking software packages)
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office suite, experienced user of CRM to manage sales pipeline and activities
