About the job


Equativ’s strategic curated deal marketplace offer is ramping up quickly following enthusiastic adoption in core markets. We're looking for a Programmatic Market Operation (AdOps), embedded in the Demand team, to scale rapidly and firmly establish this priority initiative.


Key day-to-day responsibilities


Unlock demand and supply potential in order to unleash revenue via Equativ’s strategic curated deal marketplace and drive growth.


Deals operations

Definition and creation of auction packages Manage ongoing technical requests from our Demand Partners (DSPs, Trading desks…).Market analysis of inventory and demand globallyMonitoring and optimization of deals performancesAnalyze data to propose inventory solutions to buyers


Work with Equativ’s sales team to assess client’s strategies and revenue opportunities

Operational management of existing opportunitiesManage ongoing technical requests from agencies/Trading DesksMonitoring of the Demand Sales revenue and optimizationsEnsure a quick and efficient support to fix critical media trading situations


About you

Previous experience trafficking, optimizing and troubleshooting in various DSPs required (2/3 years)Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced MS Excel skillsStrong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasetsFluent in English and SpanishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with basic SQL and spreadsheets is an advantage
