La posición pertenece a la D. Eficiencia Energética en la DG. Cliente, en el Rol Profesional de Profesional Senior en Campus.

Buscamos una persona que nos ayude a identificar y desarrollar nuevos modelos de negocio relacionados con la Eficiencia Energética formando parte de un equipo diverso y capaz con más de 10 años de experiencia en el campo. Como responsable liderarás la identificación de necesidades en el mercado, las sinergias que el mecanismo de los certificados de ahorro energético tiene con los servicios de Asesoramiento Energético y la viabilidad de integración de estas necesidades en nuestra cartera de productos y servicios. Te buscamos para que nos ayudes a través de tu experiencia y conocimiento a elegir las mejores soluciones técnicas, planificar y colaborar con otras áreas y proveedores para lograr el éxito de este proyecto.

Funciones y responsabilidades

Como responsable de este equipo de trabajo, te pedimos que:

Lideres la identificación de modelos de negocio a desarrollar en materia de Eficiencia Energética.

Realices los análisis de viabilidad técnico y económica de integración de estos nuevos modelos de negocio en nuestra cartera de productos y servicios.

Definas la estratégica de implantación y desarrollo de estos nuevos modelos de negocio en nuestra Dirección.

Y no pares de detectar sinergias con otros servicios de la Dirección General relacionados con la Eficiencia Energética.

Requisitos necesarios:

Titulación universitaria en ingeniería, ciencias ambientales, ingeniería ambiental, etc.

Experiencia de más de 10 años en el campo de la Eficiencia Energética y desarrollo de producto.

Experiencia en el modelo de negocio de empresa de Servicios Energeticos y sus diferentes modelos de contrato.

Experiencia en la gestión de equipos técnicos y comerciales.

Experiencia en la coordinación entre áreas de una gran empresa (fiscal, financiero, legal, desarrollo, planificación, estrategia, otras)

Nivel de inglés alto.

Una persona que se identifique con las siguientes características:

Interés en desarrollar iniciativas propias en un ambiente colaborativo.

Creencia en la importancia de la digitalización para mejorar las capacidades analíticas de los servicios de asesoramiento.

Interés en ayudar a las Pymes a mejorar su competitividad.
