La posición que estamos solicitando, es la de un Consultor/a de Compras Asesoría y Comunicación, este rol es muy importante para la función de compras, ya que es quien va a interactuar con los solicitantes de las diferentes áreas que necesitan aprovisionamiento de cualquier elemento de la categoría y es quien debe entender la necesidad y definir con el solicitante la mejor forma de aprovisionar la necesidad, ejecutar la estrategia de aprovisionamiento y adjudicar a proveedor/proveedores adjudicatarios

Esta posición permite desarrollarse en la función de Compras en un equipo colaborativo y con la oportunidad de relacionarse con diferentes áreas corporativas, conociendo así tanto la función de compras como otras funciones corporativas y negocios de Repsol.

Funciones y responsabilidades

Asistir en la definición de la estrategia de compras colaborando en la elaboración del plan anual de adjudicaciones del área realizando junto al negocio el seguimiento del mismo.

Identificar proveedores potenciales y apoyar en el proceso de homologación.

Colaborar en la elaboración de los pliegos de condiciones para la compra de bienes y servicios.

Llevar a cabo la negociación con proveedores para el establecimiento de los diferentes acuerdos y contratos.

Llevar a cabo los procesos de Licitación cumpliendo las normas vigentes en la compañía: selección de proveedores, recepción de ofertas técnicas y económicas, negociaciones, análisis económico y comparación de ofertas.

Llevar a cabo la negociación con proveedores para el establecimiento de los diferentes acuerdos y contratos.

Realizar, junto con los negocios, el seguimiento del cumplimiento de los contratos, la evolución del nivel de servicio y la resolución de incidencias.

Prestar asistencia técnica a otras áreas de Repsol en todos en aquellos aspectos propios de la actividad de compras

Colaborar en la elaboración de nuevas especificaciones y en la revisión de las existentes en base a evoluciones del mercado y experiencia de compra y participar en la evolución de proveedores

Efectuar la comparación de las ofertas de bienes y servicios realizando los análisis necesarios, así como estudios de sensibilidad de ofertas de proveedores.

Requisitos necesarios

Titulación superior

Nivel de inglés requerido B2/C1 nivel medio/alto

Competencias y Habilidades:

Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (fundamentalmente Excel) y en general herramientas de office incluyendo herramientas de colaboración

Conocimiento de SAP Ariba

Conocimiento de la función de compras

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y de colaboración en iniciativas transversales

Empatía y orientación al cliente

Orientación a resultados
