Senior Account Director typically manage a portfolio of VIP accounts and is responsible for building strong Client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet Clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

 

Passionate and solution-oriented senior person to be responsible for multiple Client accounts. The Senior Account Director’s responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing, and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing, and strengthening Client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on Client expectations.

 

To be successful as a Senior Account Director, the incumbent should be able to manage assigned accounts, develop a pipeline, and ensure Client satisfaction. Ultimately, an outstanding Senior Account Director should have strong communication, customer service, and account management skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented, accomplished at solving problems and closing deals.

 

She/he will formulate a complex, sophisticated value proposition where there is a good overlap with Cepsa’ s strategy, applying an integrated approach – a single face for the Client –, thus trying to accelerate the generation of income in new transversal strategic solutions.

 

The incumbent will sustain and nurture solid relationships with key/VIP Clients that generate the most income for a particular Client. She/he utilizes company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key Clients’ long-term goals.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, energy management or related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management, and/or working in an energy related field.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
  • The ability to build rapport with key Clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple Client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the renewable energy market.
  • The ability to process large amounts of data.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • English proficiency is a must. Other languages would be an advantage.
