Queremos ayudar a nuestros clientes a revolucionar la alimentación saludable, con productos que le permitan disfrutar del día a día, en cualquier momento y en cualquier lugar. Somos especialistas en el desarrollo y elaboración de ensaladas y vegetales frescos listos para consumir o cocinar.


Reportando al Director de RRHH de IV GAMA, su misión será la de colaborar en todas las tareas del Departamento de RRHH para obtener los objetivos y standares de la compañía.


Principales funciones y responsabilidades:


  • Visitas a las plantas de España, Suiza, Alemania e Italia para supervisión y colaboración de los procesos relativos a la gestión de Recursos Humanos.
  • Captación y retención del talento. Manejo de herramientas de RRHH tales como evaluación del desempeño, matrices de polivalencia, ambiente laboral, motivación de empleados, beneficios sociales..etc.
  • Administración de personal y colaboración en cualquier tarea administrativa del Dpto. de RR.HH. Cálculo de nómina, gestión de seguridad social e irpf.
  • Colaboración en la implantación del Plan de Igualdad de la compañía.
  • Gestión del absentismo. Contacto con empleados, confección de KPI, reuniones con la mutua de accidentes entre otras funciones.
  • Gestión de procesos de selección
  • Gestión de la formación de la compañía.
  • Realización de informes mensuales con los principales KPI de la gestión de RR.HH.



    Se requiere

  • Formación académica de grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos. Deseable Master en gestión de Recursos Humanos o similar.
Profundo conocimiento de la legislación laboral española. Deseable conocimiento de la legislación laboral suiza, alemana e italiana.Experiencia en gestión del absentismo.Dominio de Microsoft Excel a nivel experto para la realización de informes y seguimiento de KPI's.Experiencia en tareas de captación y retención del talento.Experiencia en implantación del Plan de Igualdad.Conocimiento de SAP HR o cualquier otra aplicación de gestión de RR.HH.Inglés muy alto (C1 ó C2). Deseable conocimientos de alemán.
