5 star Lifestyle Hotel belonging to the Parisian chain, EVOK, soon to open in Madrid, Gran Via is looking for: FRONT DESK MANAGER Duties and responsabilities Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents Schedule shifts Ensure timely and accurate customer service Handle complaints and specific customers requests Troubleshoot emergencies Ensure companys policies and security requirements are met JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager Hands on mentality. Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures Proficiency in English (oral and written) Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Excellent communication and people skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills High School diploma; additional certification is a plus PROFILE : - Minimum 5 years experience in a similar establishment. - The right candidate will be fluent in English or French. Requisitos : Experiencia laboral demostrable como HKP Manager en hoteles de GL. Mentalidad práctica. Amplios conocimientos de atención al cliente, gestión de oficina y contabilidad básica. Dominio del inglés y/o francés a nivel profesional Sólidos conocimientos de MS Office, en particular Excel y Word Excelente comunicación y don de gentes Buena capacidad de organización y multitarea Capacidad de resolución de problemas
