HR/Payroll Coordinator

MISIÓN DE LA POSICIÓN: Apoya al HR Manager según las competencias propias de su posición y siguiendo las políticas, procesos y herramientas de la compañía en materia de gestión de personas, y siempre con el foco en garantizar una buena experiencia a los colaboradores y candidatos/as durante las distintas fases del ciclo de los colaboradores. Ejecutar la gestión de administración de personal de sus hoteles siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos de Meliá Hotels International, con la finalidad de cumplir eficientemente con las obligaciones laborales que se genere en la relación laboral.
Qué tendrás que hacer?
- Realizar las tareas asignadas relativas a administración de personal en cuanto a materia de contratación, nóminas, finiquitos, etc.
- Control de presencia.
- Selección de personal del hotel a la vez que la coordinación con los HODs en la realización de entrevistas
- Participar en la organización y gestión de las formaciones necesarias para el personal del hotel
- Apoyo en la gestión de PRL (junto con el/la HR Manager y el técnico de PRL)
- Gestión de la documentación relativa al personal del hotel en materia de RRHH y PRL (firma de documentación, archivo, control)
Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en un puesto similar.
- Grado en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Derecho o similares, con especialidad en RRHH
- Conocimiento de Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Conocimiento de SAP Success Factor.
- Administración de Recursos Humanos.
- Conocimiento y aplicación del Código de Trabajo.
- Aplicación Ley Seguridad Social (Contratos, Nóminas, Finiquitos).
- Legislación Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
- Manejo de recursos humanos, financieros y materiales.
- Conocimiento de la legislación y de las tendencias en materia de recursos humanos.
