Surely you know that we are more than 500 automotive professionals in Spain and Portugal developing and implementing solutions that improve our customers' business processes and results. We work for the main brands of passenger cars, industrial vehicles, and agricultural machinery.
Our Customer Experience area works with a proactive and dynamic approach. Here we all contribute ideas, make decisions and collaborate so that each customer feels unique, special and fully satisfied with our service.
Do you know how to understand customer needs and set priorities in management? Do you know how to identify and solve their needs while transmitting a brand image?
Become our Team Leader.
The duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows:
- You will supervise and support a team of agents, ensuring they meet the performance target.
- You will provide ongoing support, motivation and mentorship to the team members.
- You will create comprehensive manuals and document procedures.
- You will provide train to the new hires and existing team members.
- You will track and analyze team performance metrics.
- You will compile data and generate reports on the team performance.
We are looking for you if:
- You have an excellent command of English and you also have strong language skills bilingual and/or native in Dutch OR German OR French.
- You have experience working in Customer Service or Customer Support as Supervisor or Team Leader.
- You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills.
