Bilbao HQ Office

The Solution Analyst translates business requirements and/or requests for changes into detailed function specifications to ensure the smooth functioning of Sibelco’s systems and processes. They will work under the close supervision of their senior colleagues.

This is a role; so, you can expect to be in the office two to three days a week as required and should live within a commuting distance to the office.

In the role of Solution Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assist in determining if business requirements should be automated and how these functions are integrated into the rest of the business and IT processes.

Analyse simple business requirements, processes and IT systems and a basic understanding of enterprise architecture.

Contribute to project definition, initial cost assessment of projects and the integration of various project suppliers and vendors.

Provide Level 3 support for solutions in run mode.

Manage supplier relationships and contracts.

To be successful in the role of Solution Analyst, you have:

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent by experience.

Knowledge of Sibelco’s systems and processes: ERP (SAP), HR solution (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), Production reporting tool (MES), Planning tool (OMP+), Financial consolidation (Tagetik), BI (PowerBI, Azure BI).

Expertise in current technology advancements and IT capabilities.

Expertise in IT agile/waterfall project execution.

A self-motivated team player with a proactive approach, analytical and able to work independently.
