Overview:
SFA Assoc Analyst will be responsible for the operational activities derives from the implementation of PepsiCo owned SFA solution across European markets.
The role mission is to deliver an SFA product which contains harmonized and standardized processes and tools, to provide automatization of non-working activities and optimize working activities, leverage new GTM Capabilities and ensure other Digital products are integrated in SFA with the main goal of unlocking sales growth and enable perfect execution at the point of sales.
This role will closely collaborate with key stakeholders from Business Units/markets in scope, to help them understand new tool to be implemented and to ensure they adhere to the processes and activities required from their side in order to ensure a successful product implementation. SFA Senior Assoc Analyst will report to SFA Assoc Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support BUs alignment on design and product development needs.
- Support E2E process integration between Perfect Store, Image Recognition, Sales Digital (Customer Engagement).
- Work along with SFA Product Owners on defining user experience for SFA
- Collaborate closely with IT team & Vendor to develop the product
- Supports the overall scope of the implementation project and ensures prioritization of activities and deliverables based upon needs aligned
- Supports designing the product at expected quality
- Test the product together with the BU superusers
- Supports product continuous improvement
- Supports future capability roadmap to develop next horizon of SFA product and/or features in light of evolving needs
- Identify & share best practices and insights coming from each BU, other sectors and other external companies
Qualifications:
- +3 years of experience in PEP commercial roles
- Proven track of delivering KPIs
- Solid IT-understanding
- Strategic Skills & Thinking
- Proven success in working with multifunctional peers
- Proven success in complex decision-making and coordinating streams
- Good communication skills
- Identify, manage and develop existing contacts and create ambassadors
- Great understanding on sales related procesess
- Strong Change management skills to transform how market look at sales technology
